Tomorrow is a big day for me.

I got selected to be in a focus group about Wisconsin’s recall election, which is taking place on Tuesday. I will be on a panel on Fox News tomorrow night at 8 p.m., which is during Hannity.

Liberal, conservative, indifferent or Pastafarian, this is a really exciting opportunity for me and really excellent padding for my political science degree.

Summer is shaping up to be better than expected.

My internship is not what I expected at all, someone that I actually care about for once is overseas for the entirety of the summer and I didn’t get to take the summer class I was so looking forward to. 

However, a few exciting things:

  • I finally figured out that Celiac is not going to define me.
  • I am leaving for Colorado in 31 days.
  • I am leaving for Louisiana and Texas in 38 days.
  • I am pretty sure I found someone I can miss and not talk to for a couple of months be okay with it (proud not-really-girlfriend).
  • I am taking care of me. I have a few really close friends and I am blessed. The people who are mean and catty: I have a few choice words for you, but you’re not actually worth the time.

Here’s to a summer of changes, a summer of love, a summer of adventures.
